Learn how to listen, move your body and work within your capacity in this weekly longevity based practice built to develop and nurture a long healthy loving relationship with your body.

Weaving mediation, movement, and stretching to deepen our understanding of what our bodies are capable of. All bodies and ages are welcome as we modify each movement to you in the present moment.


Shadow Work: Exploring, Healing and Coming Into the Light

A guided meditation practice unearthing, exploring and reclaiming parts of self that have been disowned, repressed and rejected. In this process we bring everything back home into the heart. Unravel the hidden trauma and pain of the past into the light where you stand connected and whole.

Sound Healing

Healing the physical, mental and emotional parts of self, utilizing the powers of the gong, crystal singing bowls, and drums. Let go, relax and receive the frequency of your highest level of consciousness where miraculous healing happens through the healing surrender of sound.

Gong Yoga Bath

A night of slow flow relaxing yoga and bathe in the healing vibrations of sound. Bring your mat and blanket to relax and recharge inviting feeling of calm and experience joy in an immersive unique experience.

Joy of Meditation

Practice letting go, relax and uncover all your amazing strengths. The evening will be a blend of breath practice, guided meditation and positive manifestation attracting more of the life you choose to live. Let us heal and move forward together.

Cold Water Healing

Tap into the unlimited strength in body and mind and begin to realize your true capabilities.

Members of our community managing and working with PTSD, depression, anxiety, past trauma, feelings of lost and unconnected are welcome to come exactly as you are.

Utilizing the healing properties of the cold water, learn to find your breath and uncover the power of a strong mind and body.
